Administrative setup

The Government College of Nursing, Rajindra Hospital, Patialaworks under the administrative control of Department of Medical Education & Research, Government of Punjab Chandigarh. Headed by a Minister of cabinet rank, the Department has an Administrative Secretary and subordinate functionaries.

The Directorate of Research & Medical Education was established in the Year 1973, with the main function to develop and facilitate development of quality medical facilities in Government and Private Sectors strives to be the best provider and developer of high quality medical and paramedical manpower in the Northern region.
